We offer services of supervision of construction process which include both construction and craft works. As part of supervision of construction process, the following is included:
- supervision of construction process is conducted in line with the construction act, Building Act and special regulations,
- it is determined whether the main project, in terms of horizontal and vertical dimensions and facility purposes, is in line with construction act,
- it is determined whether the staking out (placing) of the facility has been done by a person authorized to perform state survey and real estate cadastre activities according to a special law,
- it is determined whether the contractor meets the conditions for performing construction activities prescribed by a special law;
- control procedures are implemented regarding conformity assessment, i.e. checking the quality of certain parts of the building (constructed parts and ongoing works) through an authorized person who did not participate in the procedure of issuing documents and evidence from the Construction Act, in case there is such requirement,
- the investor is acquainted with the shortcomings, i.e., irregularities noticed during construction, and the measures taken are reported to the investor, construction and other inspections,
- final report on construction performance is compiled.
