Construction supervision includes monitoring the execution of construction and finishing works and checking their compliance with the building permit, main and detailed design, applicable regulations, professional rules and agreed investor requirements.
Construction supervision is one of the key engineering services during construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or other works on a building. The purpose of supervision is to monitor the quality of execution, compliance of works with the design documentation and regulations, and timely identification of technical issues during construction.
During supervision, the quality of execution, installed materials and products, compliance of works with the design, implementation of prescribed control procedures and keeping of the required site documentation are checked. Supervision is carried out in cooperation with the investor, contractor, designers and other participants in construction.
Where necessary, we also perform the role of Chief Supervising Engineer, including coordination of discipline supervising engineers and monitoring of the overall construction process.
Compliance with the Design and Permits
Supervision monitors whether the works are carried out in accordance with the building permit, main and detailed design, applicable regulations and special requirements.
Quality Control of Execution
The quality of executed works, installed construction products and materials, and the compliance of execution with the technical requirements of the design are checked.
Monitoring Irregularities and Measures
The investor is informed about identified deficiencies, irregularities and deviations during construction, as well as the necessary measures for their correction.
Final Report
After completion of works, a final report on construction execution is prepared in accordance with the prescribed obligations of construction supervision.
